What is
AI-MANAGE

Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the world of work. While AI adoption is accelerating, clear and practical guidance on how to use it responsibly in the workplace is still missing.

AI-MANAGE brings together European social partners representing both managers and employers to develop a shared and practical framework for the responsible use of AI at work.

Its goal is to understand the impact of AI and help shape its implementation in a way that benefits organisations, workers, and society.

AI-MANAGE combines research, real-world testing, and practical tools to support decision-makers in navigating AI in the workplace.
