INVITATION: Conference in Malta 4 – 6 November 2026
We would like to invite managers, employers and interested experts from across sectors to participate in this European conference on Responsible AI Management.
This conference is organised in the framework of the EU-funded AI MANAGE project, a flagship cross-sectoral social partner initiative led by CEC Managers. The project aims to develop practical guidelines, tools and training to support the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence , including Algorithmic Management and Generative AI, in the workplace.
The project runs over two years and is based on a longitudinal field study with companies in Denmark and France. It brings together a unique consortium of European social partners representing both employers and employees, with the objective to ensure that innovation and competitiveness go hand in hand with trust, quality of work and strong social dialogue.
About the Conference
This conference will be a key milestone of the AI MANAGE project. During the event, the first results of the project will be presented and discussed, and participants will be invited to provide feedback and share their experiences.
One of the important focus areas of the conference will be the introduction of the AI Management Toolbox, designed to help managers and organisations analyse, develop and implement responsible AI strategies and practices.
The conference will also include presentations of good practices and case studies from companies across Europe, highlighting concrete approaches to managing AI in a responsible and sustainable way.
Furthermore, discussions will address how Artificial Intelligence is transforming work organisation, leadership and responsibilities, and how Europe can ensure that this transition strengthens both economic performance and social cohesion.
